Defining the Search:
This will involve extensive client interviews to clarify the responsibilities, performance expectations, culture/environment, personal characteristics of the leadership team, organizational structure, business strategies and vision.
Candidate research and development:
Once we have defined the parameters of your ideal candidate we will launch an in depth candidate search. This will include comprehensive research on target companies as well as elaborate outreach to potentially viable candidates. We utilize a number of tools to maximize our success including business directory databases, people databases, social media sites, associations, and networking. Depending upon the search criteria, our consultants strive to network with at least 200 passive candidates per search.
Interviews and evaluation:
Suitable candidates are then thoroughly interviewed and evaluated against the stated criteria. Interviews are typically completed over the phone unless our client requests us to conduct them face-to-face.
Candidate Presentation:
We aim to provide 2 to 3 viable candidates within the first 4 weeks of the search. This enables us to ensure that we are on the right track and to fine tune our search criteria wherever necessary. Clients can expect to receive a total of 4 to 6 candidate presentations. This will include written assessments summarizing each candidates background and strengths relative to the position. We will also highlight any potential areas of concern and provide salary data.
Offer Acceptance:
Once a candidate is selected we will negotiate an offer and acceptance.
Prior to an offer, reference checks will be conducted on any final candidate and written results will be forwarded
